Sailing Instructions
Wet Wednesdays
Wet Wednesday Races - April 10, 2024 Through September 25, 2024
Anacapa Yacht Club
RULES
This race will be governed by the rules as defined in the racing rules of sailing. Any changes to the rules allowed by rule 86 will be stated in the sailing instructions with the rule number and specific change.
In accordance with RRS 90.2 (c), oral changes to the Sailing Instructions may be made on the water. A change is in effect when the RC signal vessel displays code flag L with one sound signal. This means “come within hail” of the RC signal vessel to receive oral changes to the Sailing Instructions. Alternatively, the race committee may give oral changes to the Sailing Instructions to each boat by VHF 68 or loud hailer and require acknowledgement. This changes RRS 90.2(c).
